Coaching Philosophy
I believe in small businesses…
they are in so many ways the backbone of community. Around the world, it is the small businesses that create and feed community. I believe that entrepreneurship shouldn’t be hard. Crises of self-image, impostor syndrome, overwhelm, burnout, disorganization, and poor time management rob entrepreneurs of their power. With strong planning, intentionally designed workflows, individualized structures, and instinctive branding, starting or up-leveling a business becomes achievable. I coach small business owners past the internal obstacles they face in becoming the entrepreneur they want to be and consult with them on the creation of individual, scalable business systems and practices. I remove barriers to success by:
Providing a sounding board and brainstorming partner;
Distilling dreams into actionable plans while working smarter, not harder;
Creating internal structures, brand, and physical and digital presence;
Equipping owners with the skills and know-how to take ownership of those structures and grow along with them; and
Dissolving both the administrative and the mental roadblocks standing in their way.

How to Work with Elizabeth
Elizabeth encourages everyone to begin one-on-one coaching with an intensive. An intensive involves a big chunk of coaching time dedicated to laying the groundwork. Your agenda is the agenda. Often in that time we do a full business model evaluation, assess and redesign your business architecture, lay out a strategy, and then create the systems, objectives, and support you will need to build out all we have created. That is the front-end strategy work. From there you enter Full Focus Membership which provides the ongoing support, accountability, mindset, and focus that you will need to take your plan and turn it into your reality. Membership is a one-on-one coaching experience combined with access to our exclusive app. In the app, you will experience daily focus, access to our ever-growing training library, the full focus community, and direct accountability from Elizabeth.
